Comfort food season

This is what I had for breakfast today...so yummy!

Biscuit Pudding(6 servings)
6 biscuits (cold)
1 cup water
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup raisins
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup evaporated milk Soak crumbled biscuits in hot water for a few minutes; add sugar, butter, nutmeg, raisins, beaten eggs, and milk, mixing after each addition.Pour into 1-quart greased baking dish; bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until browned.

Been down in dumps (fibro flare with pain) and haven't been around the computer lately...so finally finished decorating the tree YESTERDAY! Getting my mojo back and hope to show some awesome FINISHED projects soon.

I also covered a lampshade today...so proud of myself, whole thing took 30 minutes, my kind of DIY...

What kind of biscuits? This sounds perty good. Is it like bread pudding? Because I do like that also....

That day I used lfetover frozen Mary B's Tea biscuits...(i love those) but I don't see why any leftover biscuits wouldn't work well....it is like bread pudding ..only quicker...
