I made stuff!
I finished some needlecases today...first I had to find felt, and it's hard to find, well, 'good' felt, meaning thicker and not see-through, then I had to decide how to close it, with snaps or velcro, and I remembered I had a some snap pliers that I hadn't used in years...and Sandra Sews was asking about them...so I went with plier snaps...a bit too big, but they will work. The needlecase pattern/tutorial is from Kris at ....

Then I made 2 Wonder Wallets from http://www.lazygirldesigns.com/ WOW, wonder Wallet is right! I had them cut out for weeks and thought they were going to be complicated, especially for me...BUT I was WRONG...they are easy and too sweet. I have my Miranda cut out and now I think I can dive right into it...
So my lesson for the day is...JUST DO IT!

You made stuff!!! YAAAAAAAAAY!!! Now - aren't those needlecases TOOO perfect and easy???!! And - you found the WW's easy too? I just can't figure out why I've been too intimidated to start one - if I have problems can I send it to you to finish? LOL!!! I looked at the plier snaps last night but they weren't very clear as to what size snaps they would work on. I hammered the snaps onto two bibs today and almost took out my thumb, so I'm going to buy the pliers, LOL. I like my thumb the way it is, so it'll be safer if I buy the pliers!! ;) I'm guessing that it wasn't a huge problem being bigger than the snaps?
Those needle cases are way cool! I think I'm going to have to make one!
Cool stuff!!! I have been away from my computer for over a week now and about to go insane....BUT I AM BACK!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!
Anyway, I hadn't stopped by lately, so I thought I would say hi!

I love your wonder wallets ~ they are very addictive to make. I couldn't even count how many I've done now. Those needlecases are on my "to do" list especially after seeing yours. Good luck with your Miranda. I found it very quick, easy & fun to do. Can't wait to see pics.
There needle cases are just so fun to make and very cute.
I only just finished making these needle cases last week - my flower pattern did not work so I used 2 plates to make cirular ones and they turned out just as great.
